JOnAS project with the new Layer for JonasAdmin

News bundles:
- modules/apis/jonas-management-api/extensions
- modules/librairies/managment/extensions/base
- modules/librairies/managment/extensions/domain
- modules/librairies/managment/extensions/manager
- modules/librairies/managment/extensions/main

* The first bundle contains all needed APIs to get informations from JOnAS.
* The second one contains the common classes for other extensible modules.
* The third one contains classes concerning the domain.
* The forth one represents the "Manager".
* The last one just represents my own module to test the coherence of my modules. I'll delete it in the future.
