#752 - Errors (404, NPE) when versioning service is enabled 

* Backport from trunk
* As the Valve is re-playing the request, some fields have to be reset before replay, Otherwise the request is in an incorrect state
* Apply fix for both Tomcat 6 and 7
* Added TestCase for webapps with welcome files
* Fix the NPE when Tomcat6 is used
* Att: Do not fix NPE for Tomcat 7
