Started adding JMX security to JOnAS 5. JMX security is working, but the... 

Started adding JMX security to JOnAS 5. JMX security is working, but the ClientAdmin batch files cannot give the user name and password for now, therefore a secured server cannot be stopped (all anonymous JMX connections being refused)!

Note that the cluster daemon hasn't been secured (yet!)
