Fixed bugs:

    * Authentication information not saved for server added on domain manager
    * SaveDomain doesn't save Locations
    * The domain master saves itself
    * The "domain" web interface crashes if incorrect authentication information specified in domain.xml
    * Message "cannot read domain.xml" without any trace
