#734 - Cargo cannot undeploy all types of deployables

* Upgrade JAXB plugin to a new one that is available in central
* J2EEServer MBean now returns a more complete list of deployed artifacts (not only Java ee modules + plans)
* DataSourceDeployer.isDeployed() was badly implemented, replaced deployeddatasources Map's keys with an URI (equals works on URI, not on DataSourceDeployable)
