- Add the jonas.development property in jonas.properties
- The filename of an unpacked war archive (for ear and single cases) includes the timestamp of the source archive in development mode
- Improvement of the clean tasks

- Change JOnAS version from 4.9.2 to 4.9.3-SNAPSHOT

- Build the unpack folder for a war archive included in a ear using only one timestamp

Replace the deployment property for the web service container by the global server property "jonas.deployment"

Add a new property for the web container service that allows to enable/disable the unpacking of new war archives in each time a different folder (using a timestamp)
In production mode, the unpacking of war archives of an ear is not logged by the cleaner because the directory name doesn't contain a timestamp

	- The filename of an unpacked war archive (for ear and single cases) includes the timestamp of the source archive
	- The ear deployer registers now a log entry for the war archives included in an ear archive
	- Improvement of the clean tasks
	- Addition of the WarCleanTask that manages the $JONAS_ROOT/work/apps folder
