Exclude the xmlParserAPIs artifact from the WS-API dependency to avoid embedding the javax.xml.transform package in the javaee-api bundle

Fixed bug where the VirtualJNDIContextFactory may make the application enter an infinite loop (well, that infinite loop is sooner or later stopped by a StackOverflowException)

As discussed in the jonas-team mailing-list, the ear deployment plan musn't have a dependency to ws-axis2. The ws-* dependencies must also be removed as soon as possible.

When WebDeployer find a web app is exposed as a web service, it should leave the @resource process to Web service container.

Binary files are test cases for Axis2, maybe later I will transform them into source files.
For Pojo in Axis2, there is still a problem that it can not support @WebServiceContext, I am not sure about the reason up to now, maybe I will investigate this problem later.
