Incorrect transformation by JSRInlinerAdapter
I am attaching 2 files which show the affect of using the JRSInlinerAdapter and
the buggy code it produces.
You can run the JSRInlinerAdapter on the first file to reproduce the bug.
The bug in this case is triggered in the transformation of the close() method.
As you can see in the 'transformed' file, the jsr-inlined close() method has 2
exception blocks.
The first exception block points has the second exception block as its handler.
However, the second exception block *also* has the second exception block as its
handler (ie, itself).
This will result in the code going in an infinite loop if an exception is thrown
in the second exception handler.
