The version of the m2e embbedded by the Studio uses an old version of
the archetype library. Thus, the velocity version used does not support
the existing syntax

actions/create-release is not maintained anymore and is running on deprecated Node12 (see https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/)

On may, ::set-output name={name}::{value} will be EOL, we replaced it from echo "{name}={value}" >> $GITHUB_OUTPUT synthax
