fix(tomcat): set the urandom generator configuration

This should speedup Tomcat startup when run some Docker environment.
It also speedup the application when using the Oracle DB JDBC driver.

Remove useless e2e tests because:
* They are not launched by CI
* Configuration is outdated
* They require a Bonita to be launched with special process to be deployed (undocumented)

In conclusion, they cannot be launched

Remove e2e test that is useless since it is ever green whatever code is tested.
Also remove all protractor conf since it was the only e2e test for this page.
