This is the only resources required by the Studio and the Docker projects
so avoid to store extra resources (wildfly, themes, ...)

Avoid loading of layout after each click on a navigation menu
- use an asset for HTML5 mode
- use history.pushState to update the URL
- listen to popState events to detect back
- rebuild Iframe on each URL change to prevent double back issue

* default maven checksum behaviour is to compute and add MD5 and cha1 checksum files when installing into maven repo
* since Bonita BPM images are base tomcat bundle with a sha256 cheksum, this checksum file is added with installed artifacts
