update Bonita to 7.11.2

Previous configuration depends on bonita-engine 7.9.0-SNAPSHOT which is not publicly available so building
bonita-engine was required prior being able to run the example.

Specify the version of the maven-jar-plugin and maven-compiler-plugin as advised by Maven to keep build's stability.

make an assembly to allow simple packaging and provide an executable version of the jar. Also updated resource reference to work in jar mode.
