Remove "v" from npmVersion

Commit subscription yarn.lock

Rebuild yarn.lock using tag 0.7.0-SNAPSHOT

Revert some library downloads

Use stable bonita-js-components 0.7.0

Revert yarn.locks

Fix yarn call for offline mode to really build offline.
This always resolves bower-installer to the same "https" version instead
of sometime using the "git" version in dependencies.
