Final binary artifacts had a bad structure

* also upgrade gulp and all gulp dependencies  to be compliant with node and npm version of bonita-web_pages
* refactor(web-pages): move module process-autogenerated-form to bonita_web_pages

* When using the user case detail page, it should also grant access to the resources necessary to display the case overview
