refactor(test-toolkit): rename test-toolkit(-sp) to bonita-integratio… (#949)

- Rename `community/test-toolkit` to `community/bonita-integration-tests-web`
- Rename `subscription/test-toolkit-sp` to `subscription/bonita-integration-tests-web`

For future integration in engine, it is normal if both folders have the same name.
