The purpose of this PR is to remove unnecessary `title` html attributes in login page, following this article [How-to: Use title attributes](https://www.a11yproject.com/posts/title-attributes/) from The A11Y Project.

In our cases, the titles are redundant information which is already displayed by `label` element or `placeholder` attribute.

And finally some keys are not translated in the other languages.
