Changes to VSB framework
- Change in gmAPI the "Component" -> "Subcomponent" (this means that each BC can have many "Subcomponents")
- Change to all gm-protocols...
- rename "parser" -> "service-parser"
- rename "ComponentDescriptionParser" -> "ServiceDescriptionParser"
- rename "GmComponentRepresentation" -> "GmSericeRepresentation" at gm-utils project
- create getGIDL...
- create 2 subpackages to service-parser: gmdl and gidl
- BcConfiguration -> rename component to subcomponent
- rename choregraphyProtocol -> busProtocol
