Fix a bug that prevented project Owner from granting/revoking roles in its own projects.
Added a pagination support ('skip' and 'limit' parameters in query) to some GET requests to the REST API.
When requesting a file, client can disable fetching of file content to reduce bandwidth usage when only metadata are needed.
