Added user's manpages for the command line interface.
Added some initialization/finalization methods to Class PKM.
Made read_password and parse_cmdline use Javascript Promises for consistency with everything else.
Renamed initialise_PKM and finalise_PKM to initialize_PKM and finalize_PKM respectively.
