Super annoying that you can't run `coffee cli.coffee` with the embedded shebang. Move the executable into its own file instead to fix that.

Had a real thinko with the line transform auto detection. It did not skip the auto detection bytes like it was supposed to, causing issues with binary content.

Line transform autodetection was accidentally always on. Added a test to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Skip tests that require a device by default. Set RUN_DEVICE_TESTS=1 to run them if needed. Makes it much easier to publish the package and potentially run CI.

Android 7.0 and later doesn't do the line transform anymore. Auto detect that where required. Fixed ##59. Fixes #68. Closes #60.
