Change Minicap::DisplayInfo's structural alignment as suggested by @fishjam. Since one half is built on the AOSP side, and one on the NDK side, there's a theoretical chance that the two sides may be different. Not anymore with this change.

Use getDisplayConfigs() instead of getDisplayInfo() on Android 5 and newer. This way we avoid the responsibility of initializing the DisplayInfo struct, which can easily segfault if it has been modified by the OEM.

Add support for 8.1 Developer Preview 1 by compiling against 8.0. Will need to recompile once they release the actual source.

Seems that we misunderstood the preview_sdk property. It's simply the number of the developer preview. Let's simply increase by one if we find the property.
