The signing specified is not needed and causes trouble for other users.

This change makes it possible for the stf_ios_support coordinator to detect when an IOS device is put into video mirroring mode.

Also tweaked the naming of 0x12ab device type. It is not just Ipad 4 mini. Ipad 4 also uses that same device type.

Updated the port of the coordinator to 8027 as 8000 is used by video mirrorfeed.

Working detection of IOS device connect and disconnect.

There is also support for sending the magic usb command that enables streaming video through USB, but it is not enabled because it is not useful in and of itself without additional libraries to read out the h264 data.
