1) trunk is reverted back to revison 575
2) trunk is branched from 577 to crate branch with SyntheticStatic stuff (not stable enough)
3) remoteval is applied to trunk

DiSL: Create disl-bypass.jar to include on the client's boot classpath to provide BypassCheck and DynamicBypass classes.

Test: Updated Agent and OnPlaceTransformer pass an empty set of code options to DiSL (to compile).

DiSL-Agent: Added support for passing code transformation options to server.
