eclipse settings cleanup

Moved entire stack handling to DiSLClass. (Pushes and pops are now handled right next to each other.)

register the dumper by default

fixed bug in isInStaticInitializer

	thisValue returns null when this not initialized.
	getReceiver with CALLSITE_ARGS now loads the correct local slot.

Improved processor test
Redone args test

Introduce primitive type boxing. User is able to fetch dynamic context without store into local slot.

Partial evaluator removes sequential boxing and unboxing.
