Shvm flat
This merge request contains:
- Changes introduced in fasttag branch
- Flattened package structure and separated build process from shvm-flat branch.
Since we use the feature-branch branching model, i'd suggest merging this branch into devel and I will fork another one for implementig protocol buffers into shvm and so on.
