- modify defaultComposite.[h,c] bindings that export a client collection interface have a special flags in the binding descriptor structure. Update the implementation of bindFc and lookupFc to handle binding and lookup of client collection interface on composite.
 - Update the BCInstantiationVisitor to generate the appropriate flag in binding descriptor structure when necessary.
 - Update the BindingResolverLoader to allows the export of client collection interface and to ensure that the limitation is respected (client collection can only be exported with the same name).
 - Add a unit test in cecilia-adl.
