Minor update in generated macros: the GET_MY_INTERFACE macro does not use the GET_MY_OWNER macro. This allows to use the former even if the component has no fractal.api.Component interface.

Fix NodeMergerImpl: sub-nodes that are not merged with a "super sub-node" are leaved in the same order in the result tree.

Change the Binding layout to display the text label under the binding. Add handle to collapse definition and component containers.
