- Reduced the dependencies required by module frascati-interface-wsdl
* Strongly updated the behaviour of the component Juliac.
  Now Java sources are compiled and membranes are generated when
  calling the method 'close'. This allows to deal with circular dependencies
  between business Java code, generated membrane code, and generated WSDL code.
* Cosmetic updates into FraSCAti Compiler.
* Added module frascati-interface-wsdl as dependency of module frascati-all
