Updated the scope of dependencies frascati-explorer-core and frascati-runtime-factory to 'provided'. Then:
* FraSCAti Explorer plugins of examples can be compiled.
* FraSCAti Explorer and Runtime Factory dependencies are provided by the profiles '-Pexplorer' and '-Prun' respectively.
* Examples packaged into WAR/ZIP will not embed FraSCAti Explorer JARs.
