  This allows the simplification of example pom.xml files as the dependency
  to the artifact frascati-test is defined in examples/pom.xml only once time.
* Removed getComposite() methods for test classes as this method is now
  defined into the class FraSCAtiTestCase and use a Java property to
  identify the composite to load.

* added profile 'all'.
* defined property <frascati.version> and used it instead of <project.version>.
* moved property <fractal-adl.version> to helloworld-fractal/pom.xml.
* moved property <cxf.version> to ws-parent/pom.xml.
* removed <groupId> when it is equals to the parent <groupId>.
* removed empty <build>, <repositories>, etc.
* cosmetic updates of headers: copyright date, INRIA -> Inria, etc.

In bpel-parent/pom.xml:
* removed unneeded <pluginManagement> and <profiles>.

Remove frascati.version property beacause it breaks maven-release-plugin and it is not useful. It's better to use project.version instead.

Added logging.properties into directory examples/ to be sure that this is always the same logging.properties file used in both the global build and the standalone distribution.

Moved the 'callback' example with other examples, migrated it to FraSCAti 1.3, and added a FraSCAti Explorer plugin.
