  - Moved from groupId org.objectweb.fractal.bf to org.ow2.fractal.bf
* Moved to OW2 Fractal Juliac 2.5.1
* Removed some useless declarations of both <frascati.version> and <fractal-bf.version> properties.
* Updated <url> to the FraSCAti integration continue server.
* Replaced some explicit version numbers by its related property, e.g. 2.5.2 by ${julia.version}.

- update fractal-bf, bridge-service, and frascati-binding to be able to use the 'nxservice' binding.nuxeo attribute
- add some comments and headers

fix "Could not resolve dependencies for project org.ow2.frascati.nuxeo:frascati-service-bridge-api:jar:1.5-SNAPSHOT" error: exclude org.osgi:osgi-core:4.1 transitive dependency - replace it by the org.osgi:org.osgi.core:4.2.0:provided one
