TODO: Found a Guava equivalence to the Google Collections Comparators class.

This alllows WS, REST, and HTTP bindings to share same Jetty server instances.

Remove frascati.version property beacause it breaks maven-release-plugin and it is not useful. It's better to use project.version instead.

Moved from JAXB implementation 2.1.12 to 2.1.13 used by some external dependencies like Apache CXF and EasyBPEL.
