Used the current processing context and especially its class loader to load intents (replaced getComposite by processComposite()).

Move the management of callback pushing and poping from generated code to ServiceReferenceImpl that is the super class of all service reference implementation.

* Added a JUnit test case to show how to invoke the original web service then the mocked web service.
* Corrected the namespace used by the wsdlElement attribute.

The goal is that the mocked web service has the same service and port names than the original web service.
This feature is required by the EasySOA project.
