Add new functionality to common-homeautomation-interface to generate zibase wsdl from java interface and exclude this interface from the generated jar
Modify the modules depending on zibase with this new functionality

Commented <plugin><groupId>ch.elca.el4j.maven.plugins</groupId><artifactId>maven-depgraph-plugin</artifactId><version>1.1</version</plugin> as it is not available into the Maven central repository.

<frascati-binding-jms> : Setting dependency jgroups:jgroups-all:jar:2.2.8 to org.jgroups:jgroups:jar:2.12.1.Final to avoid conflict with <frascati-binding-jgroups>
Add property <jgroups.version> to prevent that king of conflicts

Adding jaxb binding file to frascati-interface-wsdl to generate serializable java class for XmlTypes, and convert wsdl:dateTime wsdl:date wsdl:time to java.util.Date

Back to Fractal Binding Factory version 0.8 until 0.9 snapshot artefacts will be available in a Maven repository.

Remove frascati.version property beacause it breaks maven-release-plugin and it is not useful. It's better to use project.version instead.
