Configuration of the default binding uri base
To avoid to hard code URI locations into SCA composite files, FraSCAti allows us to use relative uri.
When a binding is defined with a relative uri, e.g.,
<binding... uri="/ABC"/>
Then FraSCAti adds a prefix to this uri automatically.
By default, the prefix is equals to 'http://localhost:8090'. This could be overriden by the Java property 'org.ow2.frascati.binding.uri.base'.
FraSCAti examples are run with the prefix equals to 'http://localhost:8765' to avoid conflits when running them with continuous integration servers (OW2 Bamboo and INRIA Hudson). To override this, type 'mvn -Dorg.ow2.frascati.binding.uri.base=http://: ...'.
