Fix for pluginsGLPI/formcreator#1944.
Form tracking was reimplemented as opt-in so the arbitrary limitation for only tracking under `#page .glpi_tabs` seems useless. It also broke tracking when outside tabs like with the Form Creator service catalog UI.
