update classfile format to be compatible with jdk9b151 (version declared inside the Module attribute, versioned requires + two new constant pool items (MODULE and PACKAGES)

Fix: replace ( :) ) the use of String.replace(String,String) by String.replace(char, char), the former was introduced in 1.5
