Version moved from 2.2.1 to 3.3.0. This should fix an issue with plugin execution when excuted on Linux with OpenJDK 11.

Also removed duplicated declaration of activation dependency and removed version (1.1-osgi) declared in assembly module (keep only the one - 1.1.1 - declared in dependencyManagement in root pom.xml).
Remove also version information for org.apache.felix.http.jetty and org.apache.felix.http.servlet-api (also defined in root pom.xml).
