JORAM-253: Don't close the session on OutboundSession.close method, this session is shared by all the outbound sessions.
This session will be closed on outboud connection close.

JORAM-252: compare two ManagedConnectionFactoryImpl always return false. Fix the equals method, use equals instead of == to compare the port.
And avoid a NPE if ra is not set.

if collocated server stop and reset the AgentServer on JoramAdapter.stop. 

set appendAssemblyId to true, remove the finalName.

Replace joram.version by project.version
