Added previewType property which will let the dev choose which preview service to use.

If previewing from Dataset Management the 1.0 service will be used and filtering/reordering will be disabled.
If previewing from Workspace there should be no changes and 2.0 service will be used with filtering/reordering available.

Do note, we are still developing the preview sidebar to include drivers while previewing, it is a part of Sprint 11 and will be pushed along with QBE.

There are no changes to the InfoDialog.vue i manually checked to see if lines match, they do, its just GIT and VsCode not cooperating.
