check_ldap_monitor.pl: option to calculate the percent of free/used pages in LMDB

check_lmdb_usage.pl can monitor the percent of free pages to the total
amount of pages in LMDB.  It can also monitor the percent of used pages
to the total amount of pages.

This patch adds the same functionality to check_ldap_monitor.pl .

Sample invocation:

check_ldap_monitor.pl -H ldap+tls://ldap.example.org
  -D"uid=monitor,cn=users,dc=example,dc=org" -Pabc
  -b"cn=Database 1,cn=Databases,cn=Monitor" -T mdbpagesfreerelative
  -w 5 -c 4 -s base

Add MDB pages monitor information - this requires OpenLDAP >= 2.4.48

Added new types to check_ldap_monitor_389ds.pl

New script for 389DS cn=monitor
