Broken openidconect oidcRPMetaDataOptionsExtraClaims parsing (or saving) when using sql datastore

When using lemonldap as openidconnect service with sql backend (not tested with file backend). The extraclaims cannot be parsed back making lemonldap unable to reload its config.

I have not digged deep into the cause. I am attacking my workaround (for others to use). and the errors reported by apache.
