AuthBasic handler does not work with AuthChoice

Platform: Nginx/uWsgi/PG

Needs to dig more deeply but seems LmAuth parameter is not sent. sslOpts are not used by ua and AuthChoice module throw an internal server error during Auth process because $_[1]->data->{enabledMods0} is undef
