user root can't have lmConfigEditor running because of wrong file permissions
when run by root, the script /usr/share/ll-ng/bin/lmConfigEditor creates 2 tmp files, then makes something equivalent to "su www-data", and tries to write in those files which belong to root. Lines 15 to 19 (corresponding to "su www-data") should be moved before line 9 (creation of tmp files).
