Portal powered by FastCGI (using Plack)
For performances (and many bugs with ModPerl::Registry / Apache-2.4), all CGI are replaced by FastCGI using [Plack|https://metacpan.org/pod/Plack] like Manager-1.9. This allows also a better Nginx integration.
