Handler Jail may be inconsistent with its attributes
Handler Jail il a Mouse object with three attributes : safe (the jail itself), isSafeJail (a boolean) and customFunctions (a list of functions). When building a new jail, if the attribute safe is defined, the corresponding jail object is set as the new jail, no matter if its attributes isSafeJail and customFunctions match with the asked attributes.
As a consequence, when LL::NG config attribute isSafeJail or customFunctions is updated in manager, it is not applied, until LL::NG is launched in a new process (e.g. at apache reload).
That's why Jail->new() is called with attribue "safe => undef" in jailInit(), but this is suboptimal, since the jail is recreated at each config reload.
