Update nextcloud SAML documentation

Merged philippe lhardy requested to merge artlog/lemonldap-ng:docsamlnextcloud into v2.0
  • screenshots from Lemonldap::NG 2.0.15.1 and Nextcloud 20.10.0
  • add certificate and key creation for Nexctloud Service Provider.
  • update LL:NG screenshot and test Pbulic Key is now a Certificate.
    • keep older configuration in dedicated paragraph.
