Seems OK to be merged.

As suggested by @guimard, old OIDC consents are dynamically convert into new structure when OIDC authentication is used.

I have just got one pbe with "32-Auth-and-issuer-OIDC-authorization_code.t".

I don t understand why but I had to disable the last unit test (95 expectedRedirection).
