Fix display of ok/nok image during multi-sp saml logout

Maxime Besson requested to merge maxbes/lemonldap-ng:fix-icon-saml-logout into v2.0

Since the template/static split, display ok ok/warning icons during saml logout has been broken because p->staticFile looks its argument in the templatedir

Leaving this up for discussion just in case anyone has a better idea
