- remove parameter in xsd file

    LANG=us  mvn -Popendj clean package

- reflections-maven:0.9.9-RC1 causes dependency problem  with jade org.jfrog.jade.plugins.common:jade-plugin-common:jar:1.3.8
  - declare  a pluginRepository  for org.jfrog.jade.plugins.common in our project
